20% of operator subscription revenue, for 24 months.
Every operator who signs up through your link and stays paid earns you 20% of their subscription revenue for 24 months from their first paid invoice — no tiers, no caps, no clawbacks beyond chargebacks.
Pro subscriptions pay monthly.
Pro operators ($49/mo + $3/vehicle after the first ten): commission releases monthly, the month after each invoice clears — 20% of everything paid, via Stripe Connect.
Starter referrals still count.
Starter operators become commissionable past 10 vehicles ($3/vehicle/month) — your 24-month clock starts at their first paid invoice, not signup.
Commission applies to self-serve Pro and Starter fees. Enterprise deals are custom-quoted and commissioned case-by-case — ask before pitching one.
The people you refer get their first month free.
Operators who sign up through your link get their first invoice free — $49, one month of Pro. A real benefit to lead with, not a vague "discount."
If they also have a customer-referral code, your link wins — credits don't stack, but you keep the commission. We resolve conflicts in your favor.
Clear rules. Disable for cause voids all unpaid commission.
All Founding Partners agree to a short list of prohibited behaviors, to protect the brand and the operators you send us — no fine print:
- No paid search on FleetPilot brand keywords. Bidding on our brand terms or misspellings means immediate removal.
- No impersonation. Don't pose as FleetPilot, our support, or an employee, anywhere.
- No spam DMs or unsolicited cold outreach. If you wouldn't send it to a friend, don't send it with our link.
- No misleading claims or fake discounts. Don't invent features, pricing, or offers we didn't announce.
- No self-referral. No referring your own workspace, your spouse's, or a shell account.
- No coupon-site posting or brand abuse. The link is for your audience, not RetailMeNot-style aggregation.
If we determine, in good faith, that you've violated any of these, we'll disable the account and forfeit unpaid commission — rare, since upfront curation is designed to prevent it.

How fast do you respond to applications?
Within a week, usually less — founders read every application and reply with a real yes (next steps) or no (why).
What does onboarding look like once I'm in?
Sign a short e-sign agreement, onboard to Stripe Connect, get your link and brand kit — about 20 minutes total.
Do I get a dashboard?
Yes — signups, conversion, pending commission, and payouts, all tracked. Every payout is admin-reviewed before release, moving from pending review to released.
Why is every payout manually released?
It stops chargeback exposure from fraud or self-dealing from compounding silently. Costs us ~5 minutes per partner monthly — not going away.
What happens after the 24-month window on a referred operator?
Commission ends; you keep everything earned. If that operator refers someone else later, that's a separate chain — not yours.
Can I promote with paid ads?
Yes — just no paid search on FleetPilot brand keywords. Paid social, newsletters, podcasts, and display are all fine if accurate.
What if I'm already in the customer referral program?
You can be in both, but pick one per referral. Founding Partner commission is larger and lasts 24 months versus the simpler, smaller customer program. Most partners migrate.
