It reads everything

An assistant that actually knows your fleet.

Generic AI has never seen your business. Yours reads it all — and every number comes from books reconciled to the bank.

Market intel

What your cars are worth today, and what similar cars earn in your market — so your assistant can tell you when to buy, hold or sell.

Stack your tools

One assistant. Every tool you run on.

FleetPilot MCP is the money brain. Attach the other MCP connectors you already use — like Wheelbase for your direct bookings — and your assistant answers across all of them in one conversation.

Same question. Wildly different answer.

The difference is what your assistant knows.

AI on its ownGuessing

Your FleetPilot assistantKnows
Which of my cars should I sell?
Your Altima is the weak link: booked 41% of days this year and it netted $212/mo after expenses — less than half your fleet average. It also has an open damage report from Turo. Want me to pull its full P&L?
Build it

Your assistant, live in three steps.

Optional, and entirely yours to turn on. FleetPilot runs your books on its own — your assistant puts them wherever you already talk to AI.

1

Add FleetPilot to Claude or ChatGPT

Add FleetPilot as a connector in your assistant’s settings.

2

Sign in with FleetPilot

Approve access with your FleetPilot account. Your password never touches the assistant.

3

Talk to your business

Ask, log, fix, undo — in your own words, from anywhere.

Every answer comes from books that tie to the bank.
Every expense lands on a vehicle.
Every change is tracked — and can be undone.
Your assistant sees only what your role sees.
Questions

Before you build.

Do I need the AI Assistant to use FleetPilot?

No. FleetPilot runs your company financials, investor financials and vehicle P&L on its own. The AI Assistant is an optional way to reach all of it from Claude or ChatGPT.

What’s MCP?

Model Context Protocol — the open standard Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to apps like FleetPilot. It’s the plumbing behind your assistant; you never have to touch it.

Which AI assistants does it work with?

Claude and ChatGPT. You add FleetPilot as a connector and sign in with your FleetPilot account.

Can it really read my Turo emails?

Yes — once your Turo email is connected to FleetPilot, your assistant can see bookings, cancellations, trip changes, payouts, damage reports and guest messages, each matched to the right car.

What can the assistant see?

Only what your FleetPilot role can see. If a teammate’s role is limited to certain vehicles or owners, their assistant is limited the same way.

What if it books something wrong?

Every change is recorded in your FleetPilot ledger and can be fixed or undone — just ask, or edit it in FleetPilot.

How do I get access?

The FleetPilot AI Assistant is in early access. Email us or book a demo and we’ll turn it on for your workspace.

Meet the smartest member of your team.

It knows every car, every owner and every dollar — and it’s awake at 2 a.m. Be one of the first operators to build yours.
