No. Handsfree Operations Partner is an independent company and FleetPilot's exclusive VA partner. You contract and pay Handsfree directly, the two are separate subscriptions billed separately, and FleetPilot takes no cut.

What does Handsfree handle?

Guest communication (24/7 messaging, phone, email, escalations and reviews), reservations and trip changes, claims, tolls, tickets and citations, bookkeeping and invoicing, and day-to-day coordination like cleaning and roadside assistance. Most of the team are former Turo support agents with private-rental experience, trained on FleetPilot.

How much does it cost?

With FleetPilot Pro, Handsfree is $20 per vehicle per month across your whole fleet, paid directly to Handsfree. Handsfree partner hosts also get FleetPilot Pro's $49 monthly base fee waived, so you pay only FleetPilot's $3 per vehicle. Some services, bookkeeping and additional rental platforms may cost extra.

Is there a free trial or a contract?

Every Handsfree plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no obligation to continue. There's no long-term contract — you can opt out with advance notice.

Can I keep my own VA?

Yes. Give your VA a FleetPilot login that sees only what they need and keep paying them directly — or switch to Handsfree. Either way, FleetPilot takes no cut.

How fast can Handsfree take over?
